The mission of U.S. Precious Metals, Inc. is to discover, acquire, define and develop gold deposits and other valuable metals. Development projects are primarily in Mexico, but also throughout the Americas. The company strives to build shareholder value, and conducts its business in a highly ethical, socially and environmentally responsible manner.



Mr. Jerry Pane, Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board
Mr. Jerry Pane was formerly a licensed equity and commodity trader and partner in Madison Trading, LLC, New York. He is President and largest shareholder in Worldwide Mining Partners, a privately held company currently building a facility to process precious metals in southern California.
Mr. Daniel Joonsikk Moon, President, Director
Mr. Daniel Joonsikk Moon is a graduate of Han Yang University, Seoul Korea with a degree in architectural engineering and also a graduate from South Dakota State University with a degree in Civil Engineering. From 1993 to present, Mr. Moon is President and Chief Executive Officer of LUCKY TCL, with offices in Beijing, Hong Kong and Seoul. The core business of LUCKY TCL is designing and manufacturing smelters for the mining industry with a primary focus on gold, copper and iron ores. From 1996 to present, Mr. Moon also has been President and Chief Executive Officer of FLAMBUE Ltd., a commodity trading business located in Hong Kong.
Mr. Ruben Figueredo, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Figueredo (age 59) is a certified engineer with dual degrees in telecommunications and electronics and has over thirty years of hands-on project development and management experience. Since 1992, Mr. Figueredo has been President and Chairman of the Board for CompuVid, Inc, of Miami, Florida, where he has been responsible for the design, development, and installation of a multitude of industrial projects specializing in mining and aggregate processes.
Mr. Juan A. Serrat, Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Juan A. Serrat (age 44) has over 20 years in the construction field designing and supervising the construction of numerous mining and milling projects worldwide. From 2000 to 2009, he was the project manager of Titan America, one of the world's largest cement and aggregate companies. During his tenure at Titan, he was responsible for supervising the construction of nine projects valued over $582 million. Mr. Serrat has been President of ECI Unlimited Services, Inc., of Miami, Florida. ECI Unlimited is a family owned business and is involved in purchasing and refining precious metals. Mr. Serrat is fluent in Russian, Spanish and English.
Mr. David Cutler, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. David Cutler (age 56) has more than 30 years of experience in international finance, accounting and business administration. Mr. Cutler has a Masters degree from St. Catherine College in Cambridge, England and qualified as a British Chartered Accountant and as Chartered Tax Advisor with Arthur Andersen & Co. in London. He was subsequently admitted as a Fellow of the UK Institute of Chartered Accountants. Since arriving in the United States, Mr. Cutler has qualified as a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Valuation Analyst of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and obtained an executive MBA from Colorado State University.
Daniel H. Luciano, Director and Corporate Attorney
Mr. Daniel H. Luciano formerly served as Chief Operating Officer, and is currently a director and acts as special counsel to the company. He is a sole practitioner focusing on a corporate/securities practice. Mr. Luciano represents foreign and domestic corporations before the Securities and Exchange Commission, including the preparations and filings of all required forms and reports. He also assists clients with FINRA, OTCBB and NASDAQ filings. Mr. Luciano is a member of the New Jersey and Texas Bar.
Mr. Chad Altieri, Esq., Director
Mr. Chad Altieri (age 31) is a corporate attorney and business affairs executive with a strong background in strategy and tactical planning. Since 2008, Mr. Altieri has been a member of the firm Altieri & Associates, specializing in corporate and energy law, and strategic business consulting. Since 2007, he has been corporate counsel and a member of the Board of Directors for a federally approved United States contractor, Plasma Arc Technologies, which holds designation for the destruction of government classified and declassified digital data devices. Plasma technology is utilized in many energy sector applications including destruction, hydro-carbon conversion, and metallurgic recovery. Mr. Altieri wrote and procured Mojave Desert Air Quality permits for Plasma Arc Technologies' existing plasma-based advanced thermal processing system for the destruction of government and commercial classified and declassified used electronics. Mr. Altieri also procured for the company a federal contracting license and the entire submittal to become a GSA destruct services schedule holder, which grants the company a twenty-year contract with the federal government. Mr. Altieri is licensed in the State of Florida. Mr. Altieri graduated from Saint Thomas University with a Law Degree and a Masters Degree. Mr. Altieri's wide range of business and tactical experience led the Board of Directors to conclude that Mr. Alieri would be a valued member of the Company's Board of Directors.
Mr. Sheldon Baer, Director
Mr. Sheldon Baer formerly served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company. He is also currently the President of Golden Hands Construction Inc., a company which he personally founded in 1977. Golden Hands specializes in construction of medical, commercial and industrial facilities, including mining facilities. Golden Hands Construction has been featured in prestigious publications such as the Physician Magazine of the Los Angeles Medical Association and Contract Magazine.
David W. Burney, Director
Mr. David W. Burney served as President of the Company from December 2007 to June 2012. He has been a Director of the Company since October 1, 2009. He also served as the Managing Director of the Mexican subsidiary, U.S. Precious Metals de Mexico responsible for the exploration and drilling of the Solidaridad Concessions in southeastern Michoacán, Mexico. Mr. Burney explored for porphyry copper systems with Kennecott Exploration from 2004 to 2006 evaluating and drilling properties in Arizona, New Mexico and Utah. As adjunct faculty with Cochise College, Sierra Vista, AZ. he taught geology courses while continuing exploration in the southwest U.S. and Sonora, Mexico. Mr. Burney began his career with AMAX Lead Company of Missouri, Buick Mine, in southeast Missouri. During his tenure with AMAX he was an underground mine geologist and later assigned to the mine's exploration group. Mr. Burney holds a Master's Degree in Geology from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. He is a member of the Mining and Metallurgical Society of America and the Association of Missouri Geologists.
Mr. Im Seong Dae, Director
Mr. Im Seong Dae (age 59) has over 30 years of a strong managerial background, mainly in upper level management of various corporations. From 1997, he has been President of Han Sol Red Clay, an alternative medicine facility located in Masan, Korea. From 2006 to the present, he has been Executive Advisor to Zero One, Ltd., a sports promotion company located in Seoul, Korea. From 2005 to present, he has been President of the Imani Golf Club located in near Seoul, Korea. In May 2012, he was appointed Chairman of Lucky TCL, a metals trading company located in Seoul, Korea.
Mr. John Gildea, Director
Mr. John Gildea has over 15 years experience in the financial sector, he is the Co Founder and partner in SGG Enterprises which is an investment consultants/portfolio management business. In October 2011, SGG enterprises formed a partnership with U.S. investment group "The Broadsmoore Group". Mr. Gildea holds the position of VP in Broadsmoore International. Mr. Gildea is currently Chairman and COO of U.S. based exploration company U.S. Precious Metals.

From 1998 to 2007 he held numerous posts with Allied Irish Bank, one of Irelands largest banks. Prior to that Mr. Gildea worked as an electronic engineer with Intel Corp. In his capacity with SGG enterprises Mr. Gildea holds a number of directorships in public and private companies both in Europe and the U.S.

On a personal level Mr. Gildea has been involved in both the domestic and overseas property markets and has been involved in projects in Ireland, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe and South Africa.

In Sports Mr. Gildea has represented his County and Province (Gaelic football) for 13 years and has received numerous awards. He also played in the All American Gaelic championships and holds a winning medal with Donegal Boston. Known as an intense competitor, Mr. Gildea has brought this trait to his business dealings as well as a wealth of contacts generated from playing at the top level. Mr. Gildea has an Electronic Degree out of LYIT. He also holds a letter in Banking from the Institute of Bankers in Ireland.
